• Membership registration applies for all Vietnamese or foreigners aged 18 years old or older. Diamond shall not bear any responsibility in case Members provide incorrect information resulting in loss of membership benefits. 
• The receipts for accumulation are only valid within the issued day. Benefits from accumulated points are only applied for Members who have registered with the corresponding information, not for exchange.
• If Member has not provide the information to accumulate points at the cashier when paying, please contact the Customer Services Counter – 4th Floor, Diamond Plaza for further assistance in checking and accumulating points
• Each Member can only own 1 card and will be upgraded once meeting the card upgrade conditions. VIP cards are not allowed to transferred of any kind.
• The accumulated points can be used until the last day of following year, after which all points will be expired. 
• Points accumulated/ Offers/ Gifts are not exchangeable for cash or transferable in any case.

• Bonus points from promotions are not applied to upgrade cards.
• For transactions paid by Diamond Coupons or Gift Vouchers/Promotions, no accumulated points will be calculated
• Discounts of Diamond Membership card are not applicable if the stores have promotions by themselves. 
• The above incentives may change from time to time according to Diamond Plaza's policy.
